The VMware Authorization Service is not running.
First go to run command by pressing Window + R key
Then type taskmgr and press ok.
or use ctrl+alt+del to open taskmanager.
Then TaskManager tab will open and in task manager go to service tab
In service section just find VMauthdService
Right click on VMauthdService and click start
Now close the taskmanager and try to open virtual machine it will work.
